Everyday we make a number of phone calls as well as receive many calls.

To get business we advertise, send our representatives on cold calls and so on and so forth.
But once in a while a customer wants an air-conditioner or your service and calls you.
THAT CALL is the most important one, because if proper attention is given to that without being casual it will transform into business for you..
