How to solve a problem

Many years back my mentor had taught me that to solve a problem one has to attack it from various angles.

Yesterday I paid my power bill but the receipt was not generated.

1. I raised a complaint on-line.

2. I phoned my friend and asked him to visit my bank and enquire.

3. I sent a message to A.E. through WhatsApp.

The A.E. acted and job was done.

One should think and exhaust all the means of solving any given problem.

Something or the other will work!
