Your assistant is efficient. Great! But that is not enough.
You should be equally efficient if not more.
In my earlier example the Doctor complemented his assistant aptly.
On both my visits, he came into his consulting room exactly at 5 p.m.
One could have set his watch as he arrived!
And THAT is what made it a great experience.
